UK ORDERS UK orders are sent by 1st Class Mail, however, please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 ( U.K. Mainland & Northern Ireland) Next Working Day Delivery is available for £5.99 & will ensure your parcel is delivered to you the next working day (Orders received by 12 o'clock midday, will be delivered the next working day. Orders received after 12 o'clock noon will be delivered in 2 working days. Orders received after 12noon on Friday, will be sent out on Monday & delivered on Tuesday. Orders are delivered Mon-Fri) Orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Special (Next Day) Delivery or by Courier. REPUBLIC of IRELAND & EU ORDERS Postage and packing for orders to the Republic of Ireland & the EU are charged at a flat rate of £8.95. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. ORDERS OUTSIDE EU For orders outside the EU please email your order with your name and address to info@justalittlethought.co.uk. Please do not use the online checkout. We will calculate your postage costs and email you an invoice should you wish to proceed with the order. PAYMENT We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards Payment is processed through Paypal or Google Checkout on a secure server. You do not need to have a Paypal account. All our prices are in UK sterling. The currency converter is only a guide. Paypal or Google Checkout will accurately convert the cost of your order according to the current exchange rate. We do not charge VAT. Payment by Cheque If you prefer to pay by cheque, please continue through the checkout pages & select the option to 'Pay by Cheque'. You will then be given further instructions. If you prefer, you can email your order to sales@justalittlethought.co.uk & we will provide you with the details you need. Please do not send cheques without notifying us first. Your order will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared. We can also issue an email invoice which can be paid online by Credit or Debit Card. Please email us for this service. You will be notified by email if a product is out of stock. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS If you change your mind We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Any products returned to us will be at your cost & must be returned in an unused and resalable condition. All packaging must be intact. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for the non-receipt of items. We do not refund postage. Please email us, before returning goods, stating the reason for your return and we will notify you of our returns procedure and address. You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order, however we will not refund postage for any items already dispatched, & we do not reimburse the cost of returning an item to us. In the event that the item has been sent, we will refund the item when we have received it back in an unused & resaleable condition.
